In July 2010, a Gillen designed precast  elevated platform was installed in W Memphis, AR.  The platform was designed to 2' above the 100 year flood elevation. This resulted in an overall height of 20' above ground level. The walls, shelter and generator were installed in less than 3 hours. The photo to the left was taken after the stairs were installed.
